Subjects and courses
The Department of Aviation Technical Studies teaches in accredited study programs of the Faculty of Aeronautics in all three degrees of the academic study a wide scale of electrotechnical and engineering subjects. The Department offers education in fundamental electrotechnical and engineering subjects in accordance with national and international aviation standards. In addition to the university study, the Department also offers education for aviation specialists according to the Part-66 in the three modules: Module 3 (Electrical fundamentals), Module 4 (Electronic fundamentals) and Module 6 (Materials and hardware), which enables to the successful graduates to obtain an international aircraft maintenance license.
